• How do I cancel my membership?

  You can cancel your membership by contacting team@rogergraciebristol.com with your, or your child’s full name and the reason for cancellation.

• How do I freeze/unfreeze my membership?

  We do not allow the option to freeze memberships. If you wish to cancel your membership, please note there will be a £50 sign-up fee if you want to rejoin later.

• I haven’t been to class, how can I get a refund?

  Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for unused memberships. If you no longer wish to be a member, you must cancel your membership before your billing date. Please note, all cancellation requests must be received BEFORE your billing date. There is a 1-month notice compulsory notice for policy cancellations.
